Effective Date: July 1, 2026
Last Updated: July 1, 2026
These Official Contest Rules ("Official Rules") apply to virtual car shows conducted through Car Show Warriors. Each virtual car show will also have a show-specific page containing its dates, categories, entry fee, judging schedule, prizes, and other details ("Show Details").
The Show Details are incorporated into these Official Rules. If the Show Details conflict with these Official Rules, the Show Details will control only for that particular virtual car show.
1. Sponsor
Car Show Warriors virtual car shows are sponsored and administered by:

2. Skill-Based Contest
Car Show Warriors virtual car shows are skill-based contests.
First-, second-, and third-place winners are selected using the published judging criteria. Winners are not selected by random drawing or chance.
A participant's payment of an entry fee does not guarantee that the participant will win a prize, receive an award, obtain a particular score, or be featured by Car Show Warriors.
People's Choice awards may be determined through verified community voting as described below. Unless the Show Details expressly state otherwise, community voting will not determine the judged first-, second-, or third-place cash-prize winners.

- These Official Rules.

"Immediate family" includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, domestic partner, and the spouse or domestic partner of any of those individuals.
5. Contest Period
Each virtual car show will have a defined:
- Entry opening date and time.

6. Entry Fee
The applicable entry fee will be displayed before checkout.

- Entry fees and entry credits are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
- Previously purchased entry credits must be redeemed before any stated expiration date.
Entry fees are nonrefundable after an entry has been submitted for review, except where required by law, where Car Show Warriors cancels the show without offering a replacement or credit, or where the Show Details expressly provide otherwise.

10. Entry Limits
Unless the Show Details state otherwise:
- A vehicle may be entered only once in the same category during the same show.
- The same vehicle may not be submitted through multiple accounts.
- An entrant may enter multiple verified vehicles by purchasing or redeeming a separate entry for each vehicle.
- A vehicle may enter only categories for which it qualifies.
- Car Show Warriors may move an entry to a more appropriate category after notifying the entrant.
Duplicate or improperly categorized entries may be removed, combined, or reassigned.
11. Categories
Available categories will be displayed in the Show Details.
Examples may include:
- Classic.
- American Muscle.
- Modern Muscle.
- Import or JDM.
- Sports Car.
- Exotic or Supercar.
- Hot Rod.
- Restomod.
- Custom.
- Truck.
- SUV or Off-Road.
- Electric Vehicle.
- Race Car.
- Survivor or Unrestored.
- Make-, model-, or generation-specific classes.
Car Show Warriors may establish category requirements relating to vehicle age, manufacturer, body style, modifications, originality, use, or other relevant characteristics.
If a category does not receive enough eligible entries, Car Show Warriors may combine it with a substantially similar category, convert it into an exhibition category, provide affected entrants with a credit or refund, or cancel the category. Any minimum-entry requirement will be disclosed in the Show Details.
12. Judging
Eligible entries will be evaluated by one or more judges selected by Car Show Warriors.
Judges may include automotive professionals, builders, restorers, photographers, collectors, show organizers, sponsors, qualified enthusiasts, or Car Show Warriors representatives.
Judges will evaluate only the material made available through the virtual-show entry. Judges are not conducting an in-person mechanical inspection or professional vehicle appraisal.
Unless the Show Details publish different scoring criteria, entries will be scored using the following criteria:
Category Fit and Accuracy - 20%
How well the vehicle satisfies the requirements and character of its selected category, including the accuracy and completeness of the information submitted.
Craftsmanship, Condition, or Preservation - 25%
The apparent quality of construction, restoration, modification, maintenance, originality, or preservation, as appropriate for the category.
Design, Authenticity, and Distinctiveness - 20%
The vehicle's visual impact, originality, period accuracy, creative direction, historical authenticity, or distinctive character.
Attention to Detail - 20%
The apparent quality and consistency of the exterior, interior, engine compartment, wheels, trim, paint, fabrication, and finishing details visible in the entry.
Entry Presentation and Build Story - 15%
The clarity and quality of the photographs, videos, vehicle description, build information, documentation, and overall virtual presentation.
The entry with the highest total score in an eligible category will be the first-place potential winner. The entries with the next-highest scores will be the second- and third-place potential winners, subject to verification.
A participant must receive a qualifying score in every required judging category to be eligible for a judged prize.
Judges may consider only the published criteria and may not select a winner based on a private agreement, payment, personal relationship, or undisclosed preference.
13. Judging Conflicts
Judges must disclose material conflicts of interest involving an entrant or vehicle.
Car Show Warriors may replace or recuse a judge when the judge:
- Owns or has a financial interest in an entered vehicle.
- Helped prepare the entry.
- Has a close personal or business relationship with an entrant.
- Has another conflict that could reasonably affect impartiality.
The mere fact that a judge knows an entrant or has previously seen a vehicle does not automatically establish a disqualifying conflict.
14. People's Choice Voting
A show may offer a separate People's Choice award based on verified community voting.
Voting eligibility, voting dates, voting limits, and any viewer-pass requirements will be displayed in the Show Details.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Each eligible voting account may cast only the permitted number of votes.
- A person may not create multiple accounts to obtain additional votes.
- Entrants may share lawful links encouraging others to view and vote.
- Entrants may not purchase votes, use bots, automate voting, exchange compensation for votes, or organize deceptive voting activity.
- Vote totals displayed during the show are unofficial.
- Car Show Warriors may audit, delay, adjust, or invalidate votes before announcing final results.
Car Show Warriors may review account information, IP addresses, device data, timestamps, payment information, voting patterns, and other signals reasonably necessary to identify duplicate, automated, purchased, or fraudulent votes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, People's Choice voting does not affect judged first-, second-, or third-place results.
15. Ties
If two or more entries receive the same total judged score, the tie will be resolved in the following order:
- Highest Craftsmanship, Condition, or Preservation score.
- Highest Attention to Detail score.
- Highest Category Fit and Accuracy score.
- Re-evaluation by the head judge using the published judging criteria.
If a People's Choice vote ends in a tie, the tied entry with the greater number of unique verified voters will prevail. If the tie remains, a judging panel will select the winner using the published judging criteria.
No random drawing will be used to resolve a tie for a paid-entry judged award.
16. Prizes
The available prizes will be identified in the Show Details before entry.
A show may offer:
- First-place cash prize: As stated in the applicable Show Details.
- Second-place cash prize: As stated in the applicable Show Details.
- Third-place cash prize: As stated in the applicable Show Details.
- People's Choice award: As stated in the applicable Show Details.
- Digital badges or certificates.
- Merchandise.
- Sponsor awards.
- Featured placement or promotional recognition.
The approximate retail value of noncash prizes will be stated where applicable.
Prizes may not be transferred, assigned, substituted, or redeemed for cash unless Car Show Warriors expressly permits it.
Car Show Warriors may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised noncash prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside its reasonable control.
If the Show Details disclose that a category or prize requires a minimum number of eligible entries, that requirement must be satisfied before the prize is awarded.
17. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address associated with their Car Show Warriors account.
A potential winner may be required to provide:
- Proof of identity.
- Proof of age and residence.
- Vehicle ownership or authorization documentation.

- A liability or publicity release where lawful.
- A completed Form W-9 or other required tax documentation.

- Does not respond by the deadline.
- Cannot be contacted.
- Does not satisfy eligibility requirements.
- Refuses required verification.
- Submitted false or misleading information.
- Violated these Official Rules.
- Is unable to lawfully accept the prize.
If a potential winner is disqualified, Car Show Warriors may award the prize to the next-highest-scoring eligible entry.
A participant is not an official winner until Car Show Warriors completes verification and provides final written confirmation.
18. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and other taxes, fees, reporting obligations, and expenses associated with accepting or using a prize.
Car Show Warriors may require tax documentation before issuing a prize and may report prize payments to taxing authorities as required by law.
Failure to provide required tax information may result in delayed payment, backup withholding, or disqualification where permitted by law.
Entrants should consult their own tax adviser regarding the consequences of receiving a prize.
19. Prize Delivery
Cash prizes will generally be delivered through Stripe Connect, ACH, check, PayPal, or another disclosed method within approximately 30 days after winner verification.

- Promoting Car Show Warriors.
- Promoting current or future virtual car shows.
- Creating social-media posts, advertisements, emails, banners, videos, and winner announcements.

Where lawful, winners grant Car Show Warriors permission to use their display name, city and state, vehicle information, likeness, voice, statements, entry materials, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
21. Entrant Representations
