These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Car Show Warriors website, platform, services, virtual car shows, vehicle garages, voting features, subscriptions, and related offerings available through CarShowWarriors.com collectively, the "Platform."

The Platform is owned and operated by Geovanta Technologies Corporation, doing business as Car Show Warriors ("Car Show Warriors," "we," "us," or "our").

By visiting the Platform, creating an account, uploading content, purchasing a product or service, entering a virtual car show, voting, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are not prohibited by law from using the Platform.
• Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

We may request proof of age, identity, vehicle ownership, or eligibility at any time.

2. Account Registration

Certain features require a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity conducted through your account.
• Immediately notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
• Ensuring that information submitted through your account is truthful and lawful.

You may not sell, transfer, share, or assign your account without our written permission.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts containing false information, impersonating another person, manipulating competitions, violating these Terms, or creating a security or legal risk.

3. Description of the Platform

Car Show Warriors is an online automotive community that may allow users to:

• Create personal vehicle garages.
• Submit vehicles for verification.
• Upload vehicle photographs, videos, descriptions, and build information.
• Enter vehicles into virtual car shows.
• View participating vehicles.
• Vote in eligible competitions.
• Compete for awards, recognition, merchandise, or cash prizes.
• Purchase entry packages, viewer passes, media upgrades, and subscriptions.
• Interact with other automotive enthusiasts.

Features may be added, changed, restricted, suspended, or removed at any time.

We do not guarantee that any particular virtual show, category, feature, prize, membership option, or service will remain available indefinitely.

4. Vehicle Garages and Verification

A user may be required to complete a verification process before adding a vehicle to a garage or entering a vehicle into a show.

Verification may include reviewing:

• Vehicle registration records.
• Proof of ownership or lawful possession.
• Vehicle identification information.
• Government-issued identification.
• Photographs or other supporting documentation.

You represent that you own the vehicle or have the lawful owner's authorization to display and enter it.

Verification confirms only that the submitted information reasonably satisfied our verification procedures at the time reviewed. It is not a warranty regarding a vehicle's condition, authenticity, title status, mileage, modifications, value, safety, legality, or mechanical history.

We may reject, revoke, or request additional verification when information is incomplete, inconsistent, altered, misleading, or suspected to be fraudulent.

5. User Content

"User Content" includes photographs, videos, vehicle descriptions, comments, build information, profile information, usernames, votes, messages, and other material submitted to the Platform.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Car Show Warriors a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, resize, format, display, distribute, publish, promote, and use that content as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate and improve the Platform.
• Display your garage and show entries.
• Administer competitions and voting.
• Promote Car Show Warriors and participating vehicles.
• Create social-media, advertising, email, and promotional materials.
• Protect the Platform and enforce these Terms.

This license continues for as long as your User Content remains on the Platform or in materials created before its removal. Backup, archival, legal, and previously published promotional copies may remain after deletion.

You represent that:

• You own the User Content or have permission to submit it.
• Your content does not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
• Any people appearing in the content have authorized its submission and use.
• Your content is accurate and is not fraudulent, defamatory, misleading, or unlawful.

Submitting content does not guarantee that it will be published, accepted into a show, promoted, or retained.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Platform to submit, distribute, promote, or engage in:

• Content you do not own or have permission to use.
• False vehicle information or fraudulent ownership documents.
• Stolen vehicles, stolen parts, or unlawful activity.
• Copyright or trademark infringement.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploitative content.
• Malware, malicious code, scraping, or unauthorized automated access.
• Vote buying, vote trading, fake accounts, bots, or coordinated manipulation.
• Attempts to interfere with judging, scoring, payments, or Platform security.
• Impersonation of another person, organization, sponsor, judge, or vehicle owner.
• Commercial solicitation or advertising without authorization.
• Conduct that violates applicable law or harms the Car Show Warriors community.

We may remove content or restrict an account when we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that it violates these Terms or presents legal, security, reputational, or community risks.

7. Virtual Car Shows

Each virtual car show may have separate eligibility requirements, dates, categories, entry limits, judging methods, voting rules, prizes, and other requirements described in its Official Rules https://www.carshowwarriors.com/official-rules.

The Official Rules for each show are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If these Terms conflict with a show's Official Rules, the Official Rules will control for that show.

By entering a show, you agree that:

• Your vehicle satisfies the stated eligibility requirements.
• Your entry information is accurate.
• Required photographs or videos represent the submitted vehicle.
• You will comply with all judging, voting, and verification requirements.
• Car Show Warriors may display and promote your entry.
• Judges' and administrators' decisions are final, subject to applicable law.

Car Show Warriors may combine, divide, rename, cancel, extend, or modify categories when reasonably necessary because of entry volume, technical problems, fraud, insufficient participation, force majeure, or similar circumstances.

8. Skill, Judging, Voting, and Results

Virtual car shows may be determined by:

• Independent judges.
• Community voting.
• A combination of judging and voting.
• Other criteria stated in the Official Rules.

Judging may consider presentation, craftsmanship, originality, restoration quality, modifications, historical significance, photography, category fit, or other published factors.

Community voting reflects voter preferences and does not necessarily represent a professional appraisal of a vehicle.

We may invalidate votes or entries associated with:

• Duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
• Automated voting.
• Purchased or exchanged votes.
• False identities.
• Technical manipulation.
• Coordinated misconduct.
• Violations of the Official Rules.

Displayed vote totals may be preliminary, delayed, audited, or adjusted before results become final.

9. Prizes

Prize amounts, award categories, eligibility requirements, and delivery procedures will be stated in the applicable Official Rules.

Potential winners may be required to provide:

• Proof of identity and eligibility.
• Tax documentation.
• Vehicle ownership verification.
• An affidavit or declaration of eligibility.
• A publicity or prize-release form where lawful.

Failure to provide requested documentation by the stated deadline may result in disqualification or selection of another winner.

Winners are responsible for taxes, reporting obligations, registration requirements, and expenses not expressly included with the prize. We may report or withhold prize payments when required by law.

Prizes are not guaranteed until eligibility has been verified and the winner has received final written confirmation from Car Show Warriors.

10. Fees and Purchases

The Platform may charge fees for services including:

• Garage listings.
• Vehicle verification.
• Individual show entries.
• Multi-entry packages.
• Viewer passes.
• Image and video allowances.
• Monthly subscriptions.
• Promotional or premium services.

Prices and included features will be disclosed before purchase.

Except where otherwise stated or required by law, purchases are:

• Personal to the purchasing account.
• Nontransferable.
• Not redeemable for cash.
• Valid only for the services described at purchase.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the displayed amount, applicable taxes, and authorized recurring charges.

Payment processing may be provided by Stripe or another third-party provider. We do not directly control the payment processor's systems, security procedures, availability, or separate terms.

11. Recurring Subscriptions

Some garage listings, media packages, or other services may renew automatically on a monthly or other recurring basis.

Before enrollment, the checkout page will identify:

• The recurring price.
• The billing frequency.
• The included features.
• When billing begins.
• How to cancel.
• Any material trial or promotional conditions.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize automatic charges to your selected payment method until the subscription is canceled.

You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting us at support@geovantatechnologies.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily provide a refund for a billing period that has already begun, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

After cancellation, subscription features may remain available until the end of the paid billing period.

Promotional pricing or free-month offers may automatically convert to the regular subscription price disclosed during enrollment unless canceled before the promotional period ends.

12. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law:

• Garage-verification fees are nonrefundable once verification review begins.
• Show-entry fees are nonrefundable after an entry has been submitted or the applicable entry period has closed.
• Viewer passes are nonrefundable once used.
• Subscription charges are nonrefundable after the billing period begins.
• Disqualification for violating these Terms or Official Rules does not entitle the participant to a refund.

If Car Show Warriors cancels a paid show before it begins and does not provide a replacement or account credit, affected entry fees may be refunded.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@geovantatechnologies.com and include the account email, transaction information, and reason for the request.

13. Promotions and Coupon Codes

Promotional codes:

• Must be redeemed during the stated promotional period.
• May be limited to new or eligible customers.
• May not be combined unless expressly permitted.
• Have no cash value.
• May be restricted to specific products or subscriptions.
• May be canceled or rejected when obtained or used fraudulently.

Promotional subscriptions may renew at the then-disclosed standard price after the promotional period unless canceled before renewal.

14. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content-including the Car Show Warriors name, logos, graphics, page designs, software, text, badges, and branding-are owned by or licensed to Geovanta Technologies Corporation.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Platform materials without written permission.

No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

15. Copyright Complaints and DMCA Notices

We respect intellectual-property rights and may remove material alleged to infringe copyright.

A copyright complaint should include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work.
2. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material.
3. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We may terminate accounts belonging to repeat infringers.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain integrations, advertisements, links, or services operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for third-party content, products, privacy practices, security, availability, or transactions. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

A link or integration does not constitute an endorsement unless expressly stated.

17. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The Platform may become unavailable because of:

• Maintenance.
• Software or hardware failures.
• Internet or hosting outages.
• Cyberattacks.
• Payment-processing interruptions.
• Events outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Platform without liability, subject to applicable law and any express obligations relating to prepaid services.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Car Show Warriors disclaims all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and security.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will always be available or error-free.
• Entries, votes, rankings, or vehicle information will be accurate.
• A vehicle is safe, authentic, legally titled, mechanically sound, or accurately represented.
• Participation will result in views, recognition, sales, awards, or prizes.
• Communications between users will be reliable or safe.

You are responsible for independently evaluating vehicles, owners, buyers, sellers, information, and interactions.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Car Show Warriors, Geovanta Technologies Corporation, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business.

Our total liability arising from the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid to Car Show Warriors during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
• One hundred U.S. dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Car Show Warriors, Geovanta Technologies Corporation, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your User Content.
• Your show entry or vehicle information.
• Your violation of these Terms or Official Rules.
• Your infringement of another person's rights.
• Fraudulent, unlawful, or negligent conduct associated with your account.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when you:

• Violate these Terms or Official Rules.
• Commit or attempt fraud.
• Manipulate voting or judging.
• Submit false documents.
• Abuse other users.
• Create security or legal risk.
• Fail to pay amounts due.
• Repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.

Termination may result in removal of entries, votes, garage listings, User Content, unused benefits, and eligibility for prizes.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination-including intellectual property, licenses, payment obligations, disclaimers, indemnification, and liability limitations-will remain in effect.

22. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Car Show Warriors Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree that we may send transactional communications concerning accounts, payments, entries, verification, security, and service changes.

Marketing communications may be managed through the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those messages.

23. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, any legal proceeding relating to these Terms or the Platform must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section eliminates rights that cannot legally be waived under the laws of your state or country.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Platform, by email, or by updating the "Last Updated" date.

Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. When legally required, we will request affirmative consent before applying material changes.

25. General Provisions

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable Official Rules, and any additional purchase terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Car Show Warriors concerning the Platform.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without written permission. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets.

Section headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
